Chromatogram – Data produced by a chromatograph.
- A graphic representation of chromatographic separation/retention time (the amount of time required for each analyte to stick to the charged column - refer to Eluent definition for explanation of analyte separation by IC column/eluents). This is plotted as a graph of detector response vs retention time – the area under each peak is proportional to the concentration of the associated analyte.
