Inorganic Ventures Announces Promotion of Christopher Gaines

CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. (June 17, 2016) –Inorganic Ventures, a manufacturer of high-quality analytical inorganic standards for testing in a wide range of industries, announced that Christopher Gaines has been appointed President of the company.

Gaines began his career with Inorganic Ventures in 2000 as a Customer Service Supervisor. Prior to being named President, Gaines served in a wide range of capacities including responsibilities as Manufacturing Supervisor, Quality Manager, General Manager and Vice President.

Other executive promotions include:

Brian Alexander, Ph.D. has been promoted to Vice President, Technical Operations. An earth scientist specializing in geochemistry, Alexander joined Inorganic Ventures in 2011. His research has focused on trace metal analysis using ICP techniques and rare earth element studies of natural waters and chemical sediments.

Linda Reed has been promoted to Vice President, Organizational Development. Reed is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute and also certified as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) by the Society of Human Resources Management. She joined Inorganic Ventures in 2008.
