Inorganic Ventures Announces Organizational Restructuring and Key Leadership Changes to Advance Corporate Strategy

CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. (March 2, 2020) – Inorganic Ventures, a manufacturer of high-quality analytical inorganic standards for testing in a wide range of industries, announced today a reorganization of the company's key leadership team that will position the organization for future success.

“These key leadership changes will position the company to achieve its overall goals and objectives while also providing a level of strong leadership across all business functions,” said Christopher Gaines, President and CEO. “These leaders will ensure we are completely aligned in our vision, mission, structure and culture.”

The following key management changes are effective immediately.

Michael Booth has been appointed to the newly created role of Director, Quality Control. In this role, he will lead the Quality Control (QC) function in support of commercial manufacturing and ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards.

James King has been appointed to the newly created role of Director, Production. His responsibility will include oversight of the development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations.

William Marble has been appointed to the newly created role of Director, Supply Chain with overall responsibility for logistics, planning, procurement, inventory management, strategic sourcing and product delivery.

Laura Robinson has been appointed to the newly created role of Director, Commercial Operations. In this role, she will have responsibility for the company’s market position and performance, marketing strategy, product research and customer experience.
