From Concept to Completion: Your Custom Product Journey

What are Custom CRMs?

Custom certified reference materials (CRMs) are tailored solutions designed to meet your exact needs. At Inorganic Ventures, we offer a wide range of options, all ISO 17025 and 17034 certified and NIST traceable. Join us as we walk through each step in the life of a custom solution, from concept to delivery—and beyond, with ongoing support.

Getting Started: The Initial Inquiry & Quoting Process

Your custom product journey begins with a simple step: reaching out to us! To get the ball rolling, send your request to [email protected] or submit it on our website, which routes directly to our team. This helps us kickstart your request quickly.

To ensure we deliver exactly what you need, we’ll ask for a few initial details:

  • Elements of interest
  • Desired concentrations
  • Any specific matrix requirements

You might also hear questions like, "Can your instrument run HF?" or "What’s your annual throughput expectation?" These details help us design a solution perfectly suited to your setup, whether it’s ready-to-use or requires dilution on your end.

Designing & Customizing the Product

Our goal is to create a solution that’s the perfect fit for your unique needs. With nearly 70 elements available and a range that spans from low µg/L to high g/L concentrations, we’ve got you covered. We also offer a variety of bottle sizes, usually between 125 mL and 1 L, and can accommodate unique labeling needs.

Once we’ve designed your custom solution, we’ll send a quote for your review. If everything meets your expectations, simply submit your order by purchase order or credit card. Our team will then process your order and pass it to production, where it’s carefully crafted, tested, and prepared for delivery.

Precision in Production & Quality Assurance

In our manufacturing department, our skilled technicians use calibrated balances to gravimetrically create your solutions from certified stock products, all sourced from pure, high-quality materials. Each custom solution then goes through our quality control (QC) department for rigorous testing, ensuring you receive exactly what we certify.

Packaging & Delivery: Ensuring Safe Arrival

While your solution passes through QC, it’s carefully bottled, labeled, and packed for secure shipment. Each bottle is sealed in a TCT (transpiration control technology) bag, guaranteeing a lot expiration of 5 years if the bag remains sealed (1 year once opened). We ship with trusted carriers, including FedEx, UPS, and freight forwarders, ensuring your solution arrives safely.

Our standard turnaround time for custom solutions is just 10 business days, though unique cases might require additional time. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way!
