Introducing Eluent4515 for Anion Separation

Eluent4515 is a new eluent concentrate that Inorganic Ventures have developed for one of our customers, Blue Ridge Analytical. It is a 0.45 M carbonate / 0.14 M bicarbonate eluent concentrate that has been developed for use in testing drinking or wastewater.

The concentrate is ready to dilute, which can be done easily by following the provided instructions and has been manufactured for use with the AS22 Ion Chromatography column to meet the standards required for EPA Method 300.0 (A).

What is EPA Method 300.0?

Firstly, let us mention that the AS22 Ion Chromatography column is frequently used for anion analysis in water. The EPA Method 300.0 is a standard used by analysts who test common anions in drinking water and inorganic anions in groundwater, wastewater, and process streams.

What are the benefits of Eluent4515?

To manufacture a better eluent, we needed to use the highest purity starting materials, adopt a new leaching process, and make it more affordable. Not only have we done that, but our Eluent4515 provides numerous additional benefits.

Minimize preparation errors

As the eluent is made with the purest starting materials, this will reduce errors in preparation. When developing and packing the Eluent4514, accurate cleaning methods were used to ensure the product did not come into contact with contaminants.

Reduce potential contamination

High purity starting materials are a good starting point to reduce contamination in the eluent. We also ensure the eluent is free from any anions, especially nitrate or chloride. We followed strict, deionized water (DI) leaching procedures to manufacture a product without contamination.

Affordable

The price for a 500mL bottle is $177, which contains around 700 hours of run time.

It was important for Eluent4515 to be an affordable option for our customers yet guarantee the highest quality. Our competitors produce a 250mL bottle for $100, which provides 347 hours of running time.

Longer shelf life

Inorganic Ventures has developed Transpiration Control Technology (TCT), a packaging system to significantly increase the shelf life of our products. Our custom products now have a shelf life of up to five years from the date of manufacture.

Who are the potential customers?

For analysts involved in anion separation in water testing, Eluent 4515 could be the perfect concentrate. We offer a quick turnaround time, and products can be shipped quickly. Stocked products are sent out within two business days, and custom products are shipped within ten business days.

Consider Eluent4515 if you work with the following applications:

  • Drinking water
  • Wastewater
  • Process streams
  • Scrubber solutions
