Paperless CoAs and SDSs:
What does this mean for you?
Inorganic Ventures will be moving to paperless Certificates of Analysis (CoA) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) beginning 9/1/18. Between 9/1/18 and 12/31/18, we will work with customers to ensure that you are finding the information you need. Starting Spring 2019, we will charge to print paper CoAs and SDSs for products.
Inorganic Ventures is currently pursuing certification to ISO 14001:2015 — Environmental Management Systems. As part of that initiative, and to cut down on the amount of paper we use, we will move to paperless CoAs and SDSs.
All CoAs and SDSs are available online: inorganicventures.com/coa-sds
To search for your product specific CoA, you will need the Catalog Number and Lot Number. To search for the SDS, you will just need the Product Name.
The information necessary to look up your CoAs and SDSs can be found in the following places:
- Packing List – This will be sent with the product
- Packing List (digital) – This will be emailed to specified email address
- Invoice – This will be emailed to specified email address
- Product Label – QR code can be scanned to access the online search page.
