Celebrating 35 Years
Inorganic Ventures was established in 1985 by Dr. Paul Gaines and has continued to thrive over the last 35 years. Dr. Gaines’ original values: being a pillar of trust and support for the analytical community, building strong relationships, and educating chemists across the globe, have held strong and made up the foundation for the Inorganic Ventures we know today.
Dr. Gaines’ son, Christopher Gaines, now carries the torch to lead Inorganic Ventures to new opportunities. Growing up amidst conversations about Inorganic Ventures at the dinner table and fulfilling positions in almost every department at IV, Chris has been emersed in the company and developed a very unique, well-rounded perspective on its goals and business strategies.
To his core, Chris believes and carries out his father’s original vision; to make the analytical testing community better by manufacturing better product, offering more information, being transparent in data, and maintaining a servant’s heart while doing so.
Inorganic Ventures is a very special place. By refining our processes and leveraging unique manufacturing capabilities, we are able to guarantee absolute confidence in the integrity of analytical testing and push customers farther ahead in their industries. However, the elite manufacturing proficiencies only reveal the tip of the iceberg when it comes to what Inorganic Ventures has to offer. The people within our four walls are genuine, creative, and quirky. They go above and beyond in every aspect of commitment, integrity, and selflessness. IV’s culture truly showcases the servant’s heart as the focus of our company.
Alongside Chris, Inorganic Ventures has a powerhouse leadership team. This team brings together experience from all facets of the business and looks to the future for the good of all employees, as well as the local and analytical community. The servant’s heart stems from this team and radiates throughout each department.
IV is proud to celebrate 35 years of growth, transformation and success. We look forward to continuing this legacy for many years to come and hope you will come along for the ride.
