Measurement and Results - Using a cesium (Cs) buffer for ICP-OES measurements
I will be needing to perform Na and K analysis on an axial ICP-OES and see that you sell a cesium ionization buffer that is 1% cesium (CSN-ISB-500ML) and 5% cesium. At what concentration should the cesium be in my test samples?

Our standard procedure is to add Cs at a concentration of 500 ppm to all test solutions (standards and samples) measured by axial-view ICP-OES, and we have had good results following this approach. |
