General Spectroscopy - Methods for concrete analysis
I was wondering if you could please share to me some insights on the spectral method applicable for concrete. Need to determine the concentration of my sample being added in the concrete. Which one is preferred - ICP-OES or XRF?

Your sample type, the analytes you are trying to measure, and the capabilities of your lab are all considerations. ICP offers better detection limits but typically requires samples in liquid form. It might be best to choose the method that is most specific for the sample type, rather than concrete itself. |
