- I'm not comfortable purchasing online... how else can I place my order?
- Although ordering online from Inorganic Ventures is private and secure, there are other options:

- Can you manufacture custom solutions?
- Yes! Custom inorganic standards are our specialty. We currently manufacture over 5,000 custom standards. Request a quotation today.
- Can I order custom solutions online?
- Yes. You will need the catalog number of the custom solution you wish to order. Proceed to our Quick-Buy order form and remember to enter the volume of each custom solution you need.
- My order did not arrive... what should I do?
- We can track the status of your order for you. Contact us with your PO number and/or Sales Order number.
- You offer some items in 250 mL bottles, but not the one I want. Can you accommodate me?
- We can satisfy special packaging requests for any of our stock items. Simply mention your preference when you place your order.
- Which credit cards do you accept?
- We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. There are no additional fees for credit card transactions.
- I forgot an item when I placed my order online. Can I order that item and have it shipped with my first order?
- Yes. Request that your two orders be processed together in the "comments" section of your second order. Use the same PO number that appeared on your first order.
- Can I request a specific shipping method when I order with your company?
- We will accommodate you with any method of shipment, provided the carrier accepts our products for shipment to your destination. Simply let us know your preference when you place your order.
- Do you accept CODs?
- Yes. Before your order ships, an accounting representative will contact you with the total amount due.
- Can I put shipping charges for an order on my own UPS or Federal Express account?
- Yes. Specify your preferred method of shipment and account number when you place your order.
